ARC Improvement Application
Start the ball rollling on your project, please fill out the ARC Application and email it along with any other files that will help us in the review process. After you fill out the Application, just save it to your local drive and then attach it to an email and send that email to: ARC@ppe1hoa.org
Architectural Guidelines
The Architectural Guidelines help explain how the HOA applies the CC&Rs for home improvements and exterior changes. They provide practical examples and design standards for things like landscaping, paint colors, walls, roofs, driveways, and other visible improvements so homeowners understand what requires approval and how to stay consistent with the character of the community.
ARC Improvement Variance Application
A variance allows the Board to approve a reasonable exception to a specific CC&R rule when special circumstances or a documented hardship make strict compliance impractical, while still protecting the overall character and standards of the community.
City of Scottsdale LRV Map
This official map provided by the City of Scottsdale identifies the neighborhoods located between Pinnacle Peak Road, Scottsdale Road, Pima Road, and Happy Valley Road, and indicates the applicable LRV standards for each community. Pinnacle Peak Estates Unit I HOA is not subject to LRV paint standards.
