To Start the ball rollling on your project, please fill out the ARC Application and email it along with any other files that will help us in the review process. After you fill out the Application, just save it to your local drive and then attach it to an email and send that email to: ARC@ppe1hoa.org
City of Scottsdale LRV Map
This official map provided by the City of Scottsdale identifies the neighborhoods located between Pinnacle Peak Road, Scottsdale Road, Pima Road, and Happy Valley Road, and indicates the applicable LRV standards for each community.
